1, Characteristics
This printing machine is designed to apply leading 7-motor tension control system, system tension with dynamic synchronous differential compensation and automatic web change with zero speed difference. Its parameter setting and modification are conducted through man-machine touch interface with English display. With static picture installation position that can be observed in front side and reverse side, sealed stainless steel drying oven with secondary air return function, unique hot air drying with round-hole array air curtain, and high-speed automatic web change, the machine has outstanding performance. Besides, the machine is made of high-quality material with high precision to ensure the rigidity and operation stability of the entire machine. It is designed with ergonomic engineering design principle and thus is easier and more reliable to operate.

This machine is based on the operation panel and consists of, from left to right, feed section, 1st to 8th color stations and rewind section, including electrical system and printing cylinder drive section.
